Information: Lance-Corporal Henry Murray, Royal Irish Rifles, who has been mentioned in Sir John French's Despatches. Had seen previous war service and is in possession of the Queen's Medal for the South African campaign. On his discharge he qualified as chauffeur and obtained employment with Mr. J. McCaughey, Dunbarton, Belfast. On the outbreak of war he at once rejoined the Colours, and after distinguishing himself in the early portion of the campaign was unfortunately wounded at the battle of the Aisne and was invalided home.
