Information: Captain H. C. Crozier, 1st Batt. Royal Dublin Fusiliers, was with his regiment in the landing at the Dardanelles, when he was dangerously wounded and awarded the Military Cross. Lieutenant Crozier is the second son of the late Mr. James Crozier, Montpelier Hill, Dublin, and was educated at High School, Harcourt Street, and Dublin University. He was a well known member of Bohemian Football Club, and maintained his interest in the game after joining his regiment, captaining the regimental team which won the Egyptian Shield, the principal Association trophy in Egypt. When in Egypt Captain Crozier was awarded the Medal of the Royal Humane Society for trying to save the life of a brother officer who had fallen into the Nile.
