Information: Lieutenant J. F. Hodges, 2nd Batt. Royal Irish Fusiliers, who has recently been mentioned in Sir John French's despatches and awarded the Military Cross, is a son of Mr. J.F.W. Hodges, Glenravel House, County Antrim. Lieutenant Hodges went to the front in December, 1914, from India, where he had been with his regiment for two years previous to the outbreak of war. He has again returned to the front on his recovery from a severe wound received at St. Eloi. His younger brother, Lieutenant H. B. Hodges was killed in action on June 15th.
