Information: Lieutenant Christopher Daniel Considine, 5th Royal Dublin Fusiliers, was killed in action in Flanders on May 25th. He was the third son of the late Sir Heffernan Considine, C.B., M.V.O., D.L., Derk, County Limerick. Lt. Considine met his death in trying to bring the Major commanding his company out of danger under a murderous artillery and machine-gun fire, Lieutenant Considine being killed instantaneously and his Major died shortly afterwards.
