Information: Lieutenant Claude Lysaght Mackay, Worcestershire Regiment, who was wounded on May 28th and died in hospital on June 7th was a nephew of Mr. and Mrs. Wakefield Richardson, of Moyallen, County Down, and a son of the late Edward Vansittart Mackay and Mrs. Mackay, of Clifton, Gloucestershire. Lieutenant Mackay was on the Old Cliftonian Cricket Tour the day war was declared and before the day was over he had returned home and filled in his papers for a commission.
