Information: Lieutenant Denis Duncan Philby, who was killed in action near Ypres on the 12th November, 1914, was appointed 2nd Lieutenant of the Royal Dublin Fusiliers in June, 1910, and obtained his promotion as Lieutenant in March, 1912, and was afterwards attached to the Royal Munster Fusiliers. He was twenty five years of age.
