Information: Lieutenant Charles Frederick Fearn, 4th Batt. Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, died from the effects of wounds received in the engagement at Noyelles on July 4th. He was the elder son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fearn, of Stanwell, Middlesex, and was educated at St. Andrew's, Eastbourne and Malvern College. He was gazetted on August 15th to the 4th Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, but was attached to the 2nd Royal Munster Fusiliers and was with that regiment at the time of his death.
