Information: Captain Frank Robertson, 2nd Royal Fusiliers, was wounded on June 4th at the Dardanelles and succumbed the following day. He joined Queen Victoria's Rifles at the outbreak of the war and afterwards received a commission in the 12th Worcestershire Regiment. He was very quickly promoted to the rank of Captain and at the time of his death was attached to the 2nd Royal Fusiliers. He was the youngest son of the late James Robertson, Newtown Lodge, Waterford.
