Information: Lieutenant A. B. P. McClenaghan, 1st Wilts. Regiment, was the eldest son of the Rev. G.R. and Mrs. McClenaghan, Thistlehurst, Ipswich, and a grandson of the Rev. Canon McClenaghan, Athlone. He was educated at Marlborough College, Wilts., where he was an officer of the O.T.C. for some time. He obtained his commission in the 1st Wilts. Regiment in September, 1914, and in December left with his regiment for the front. On June 16th he was shot whilst leading his men on a charge.
