Information: Lieut. Surgeon P. J. Walsh, R.A.M.C., killed in action in France in September last, was the eldest son of Mr. Patrick Walsh, Midleton, and a very talented medical officer. He was educated at the University College, Cork. He subsequently obtained a high place in the Indian Medical Service, and was appointed to an important Government position in India, but on the outbreak of hostilities he accompanied the Indian troops to France as a R.A.M.C. subaltern.
