Information: Second Lieutenant (Temporary Captain) Harry Maxwell, Cheshire Regiment, was a son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Henry Maxwell, of 4 Mount Street Crescent, Dublin, He was educated at Mr. Strangway's School, Portora, and Trinity College, Dublin, where he was a member of the Officers' Training Corps, and had completed his first year of medical course when he was granted a commission in November, 1914. He acted for a short while as Adjutant of his Battalion, and was subsequently made temporary Captain. He was killed in action on the 11th October, in his 22nd year.
