Information: Major Sir Christopher Nixon, Bart., D.L., R.F.A., has seen much service at the front. He is the only son of the late Right Hon. Sir Christopher Nixon, Bart., D.L., 2 Merrion Square, Dublin, and Roebuck Grove, Clonskea. He served six years in the Royal Horse Artillery, and was then promoted into the Royal Field Artillery. He was for some time Brigade-Major on the Staff at Windsor, and subsequently in France. He was wounded while in command of a battery on the Somme.
