Information: William La Nauze, 4th Royal Irish Rifles, was the youngest son of the late Mr. T. S. La Nauze and Mrs. G. Scott-Mansfield. He was educated at the Abbey School, Tipperary, and joined the Special Reserve in June, 1914. He went with his regiment to the front on May 2nd and was only a fortnight there when he was killed in action on May 16th, in his 19th year.
