Information: Lieutenant Francis P. Freeman, R.A.M.C., has been mentioned in Sir John French's despatches. He is a son of Mr. David Freeman, Tudor House, Monkstown, and was educated at Clongowes College. He qualified as a Doctor just before the outbreak of the war and was for a short time House-Surgeon at the City of Dublin Hospital. He went to the front in October, attached to the 22nd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery, and has ever since been in the thick of the fighting.
