Information: Captain M.L. Lakin, 11th Hussars, who has been mentioned in despatches for distinguished service in the field, is a son of Sir Michael and Lady Lakin, and married in July last the only daughter of Lady Maurice Fitzgerald, of Johnstown Castle, Wexford. Captain Lakin served in the South African War and in the Mediterranean and received a Medal. He is well known in the hunting field, being the popular Master of the Wexford Hunt.
