Information: Lieutenant Charles Henry Lambert, A.V.C., died in hospital in Alexandria on 16th August last from wounds received in action at the Dardanelles, where he had been through much severe fighting since he landed with his regiment in June last. Lieut. Lambert was the eldest son of Mr. J. H. Lambert, Redmount, Ballinasloe. On the outbreak of the war he was attached to the 58th Brigade, R.F.A.
