Information: Second Lieutenant James Vernon Yates Willington, 6th Batt. Leinster Regiment, was killed in action at the Dardanelles between August 6th and 12th. He was the eldest surviving son of Mr. James Willington, of St. Kieran's, Birr, and was educated at Chesterfield School, Birr, and Cheltenham. On the outbreak of the war Lieut. Willington at once offered his services to his country and received his commission in the 6th Leinsters in September last,
