Information: Mr. Charles J. MacDonald was the only son of the late Mr. Thomas J. MacDonald and Mrs. MacDonald, 104 Marlborough Road, Donnybrook. On the outbreak of the war he joined the “Pals” Company of the 7th Dublins, and fell in the action at the Dardanelles on August 16th last, when so many of his comrades gave their lives for their country.
