Information: Captain H.W.L. Waller, Brigade-Major, Royal Artillery, was recently presented with the Military Cross at Buckingham Palace by the King for gallant and distinguished service in the field. Captain Waller is a son of the Dean of Kildare, and is a keen and very popular officer.
