            Information: Second Lieutenant Robert Stanton, 6th Royal Dublin Fusiliers, who had previously been reported wounded and missing, is now reported to have been killed in action at the Dardanelles on August 9th. He was the eldest son of Mr. John Stanton, Solicitor, Cork, and was educated at the Christian Brothers' College, Cork, and Trinity College, Dublin. He chose the profession of Solicitor and practised with his father until the outbreak of the war, when he obtained his commission in the 6th Royal Dublin Fusiliers.
