Information: Captain Edward Gerald James Moyna, 7th Battalion Royal Scots Fusiliers, was killed in action at Hill 70 in France, on September 26th, having returned to duty after being wounded while leading his Company to the attack, on 25th September. He was the only son of the late Edward Moyna of Valparaiso, Chile, and of Mrs. Moyna, Sandymount, Dundalk, and husband of Hilda Moyna, 93 Elm Park Gardens, London, S.W. He was educated at Rugby and Oxford. He enlisted in the London Scottish in August last year, and after rising to the rank of sergeant he was appointed temporary Captain in the 7th (Service) Battalion Royal Scots Fusiliers on January 15th this year.
