Information: Private James Donaghey, 1st Batt. Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, has been awarded the D.C.M. for distinguished conduct while serving with the Anglo-Indian Force in Mesopotamia. He took part in the advance on Bagdad and the subsequent retreat to Kut-el-Amara. He is a son of Mr. P. Donaghey, 44 Walker's Place, Londonderry.
