Information: Lieutenant J. S. Drennan, R.F.A., who has been mentioned in Sir John French's despatches, is a son of Mr. Alexander Drennan, Dunalwiga, Helensburgh, and a nephew of Mr. John W. Drennan, Carse Hall, Limavady, whose son, Lieutenant James W. Drennan, is serving in France with the 10th Batt. Royal Munster Fusiliers. Lieut. J.S. Drennan was educated at Fetlis College, Edinburgh, and entered the Army from Woolwich. He went to India with his regiment, but was recalled to France in the winter of 1914, and has been on active service ever since,
