Information: Lieutenant Gervais de la Poer Beresford, Royal Engineers (late of the R.N.A.S.), only son of Lieutenant-Colonel K. Beresford (late of the Royal Irish Rifles), 25th Northumberland Fusiliers, has been mentioned in despatches and received the Distinguished Service Medal for distinguished conduct with the Armoured Car Section in Gallipoli in repulsing an attack of the enemy in force on June 11th last.
