Information: Lieutenant Gerald Bradstreet, R.E., who was killed in action at Gallipoli, was the only son of Sir Edward Bradstreet, Bart., of Castella, Clontarf, and his death leaves the baronetcy of Bradstreet, which was created in 1759, without an heir. Lieutenant Bradstreet was educated at Portora Royal School and Trinity College, and early in the war received his commission in the Royal Engineers, and was six months on active service with the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, and was wounded in an engagement some months ago. Lieutenant Bradstreet was a well known Rugby player and a thorough sportsman.
