Information: Lieutenant Arthur Cecil Winser, 8th East Lancs. Regiment, who died in France on the 22nd inst. from wounds received in action on the 17th inst., was the third son of the late Frank Winser, of Dublin. He was educated at St. Andrew's College, Dublin. Prior to the war he was engaged in railway construction in Canada. He came over with the first contingent, and got a commission in the 8th East Lancs. Regiment, and was mentioned in despatches for distinguished service on the field.
