Information: Lieutenant Kiggell, 3rd Field Squadron Royal Engineers, who has been mentioned in despatches for distinguished service, is a son of Lieut. General L. E. Kiggell, C.B., and a grandson of the late Major Kiggell, Cahara, Glin, Co. Limerick. Lieutenant Kiggell passed fourth out of Woolwich in December 1913, and in September 1914 was posted to the 3rd Field Squadron, Royal Engineers. He went to the front in October 1914, and on January 18th 1916, was gazetted A.D.C. to the Chief of the General Staff.
