Information: Captain H.S.C. Panton, 5th Royal Irish Fusiliers, whose name was mentioned in Sir Ian Hamilton's despatches, and who has also received the Military Cross in recognition of his services at the Suvla Bay landing, is the son of the late Dr. A.W. Panton, F.T.C.D., Greenmount, Clontarf. He joined the Irish Fusiliers in September, 1914.
