Information: Lieutenant George Creagh Jenings, 1st Battalion King's Shropshire Light Infantry, killed in action November 6th, youngest son of Lieut.-Colonel and Mrs. Ulick Jenings, of Mervue, Monkstown, and Ironpool, Co. Galway. Passed into Sandhurst from Wimbledon College. Was assistant adjutant for the full period and was given a six months' extension. He was a keen sportsman, won the subaltern's cup in his battalion four times, and was second and third in the six events which took place since the cup was instituted.
