Information: Major Lord Charles George Francis FitzMaurice Nairne M.V.O., 1st Dragoons, killed in action. He was the second son of the Marquis of Lansdowne and grandson of the first Duke of Abercorn. He was Equerry in Ordinary to King George the 5th when Prince of Wales and Equerry to His Majesty from 1910, having formerly acted as A.D.C. to Field-Marshal Lord Roberts.
