Information: Lieutenant Alfred Lennox, 2nd Royal Irish Rifles, who has been killed in action in France, was the only son of Mr. W. J. Lennox, Market street, Armagh. He was educated at the Royal School, Armagh, and on the outbreak of the war he at once volunteered and joined the 6th Black Watch, and in December, 1915, received a commission in the Royal Irish Rifles. Lieut. Lennox had been wounded in action previous to the engagement in which he was killed.
