Information: Captain Seymour Stritch J.P., 6th Batt. Connaught Rangers, was killed in action in France on 7th February last. Capt. Stritch was educated at Armagh Royal School, Trinity College, and the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, and at the outbreak of the war was a medical practitioner at 3 Gardiner's Place, Dublin, but immediately volunteered and was gazetted to the 17th Durham Light Infantry, and was subsequently transferred to the Connaught Rangers.
