Information: Lieutenant Daniel D. Hudson-Kinahan, Irish Guards, was the third son of the late Sir Edward Hudson-Kinahan, Bt., and of Lady Hudson-Kinahan, of The Manor, Glenville, Co. Cork. He was born in Dublin in 1877, and was educated at Cheam and Eton. During the South African War he served in the Irish Yeomanry, and at the outbreak of the present war joined the Scottish Horse, and was with them till he transferred to the Irish Guards, in August, 1915. On September 18th of that year he joined his battalion at the front.
