Information: Lieutenant Thomas Kynaston Walker, Irish Guards, was killed in action near Ypres on the night of April 24th, 1916. Lieutenant Walker was in his 20th year, and was the second son of the late Capt. T. J. Walker, 1st Royal Dragoons, and Master of the Co. Wexford Hounds for nine years, and of Mrs. Walker, Tykillen, Wexford. He passed through Sandhurst and was gazetted to the Irish Guards in July, 1915, and went to France in the following August, and had been through Loos and subsequent fighting.
