Information: Lieutenant George William Panter, who has been mentioned in despatches for distinguished gallantry, is the second son of George William Panter, M.A., of The Bawn, Foxrock, Co. Dublin. He was educated at Sedbergh, Trinity College, Dublin, and Sandhurst, and was gazetted to the 1st Batt. Royal Irish Rifles in 1914. He has now joined the Royal Flying Corps.
