Information: Lieutenant Cecil Stacpoole Kenney, King's Shropshire Light Infantry, was drowned at sea on active service on November 11th, 1915. He was the youngest son of Mr. Thomas Hugh Kenney, Indiaville, Limerick, and Louisa Stacpoole Kenney. Lieut. Stacpoole Kenney graduated in Trinity College in 1912 and was called to the Irish Bar in the same year. In August, 1915, he was gazetted to the King's Shropshire Light Infantry and was in his 25th year.
