Information: Acting Sub Lieutenant Desmond Frank Charles Tottenham, R.N., who was lost with H.M.S. Invincible in the great naval battle on May 31st, 1916, in his 19th year, was the second son of Captain C.G. Tottenham, Tudenham, Mullingar. He entered the Royal Navy in September, 1909, and had been serving in the North Sea since the outbreak of the war.
