Information: Lieutenant Charles E. P. Kelly, was killed in action on July 2nd. He was the third son of the late Mr. T. P. Kelly and Mrs. Kelly, 63 Northumberland Road, Dublin, and was in his 27th year. He was educated at Woburn Park, Weybridge, Surrey, and Trinity College, Dublin, where he took his B.A. in December, 1913, and his M.B., B.A.O., B.Ch. in April, 1914. He went to Southport Infirmary as medical officer and later took over charge of the fever hospital at Fazakerley, near Liverpool. When released from command there, in August, 1915, he took a commission in the R.A.M.C. and proceeded to France with the 96th Field Ambulance.
