Information: Lieutenant Thomas Greenwood Haughton, Royal Irish Rifles, was killed in action in France on July 1st, 1916. He was educated at Edgbaston Preparatory School, Birmingham, and St. Edmund's School, Oxford. When war broke out he at once offered his services and had been at the front since October, 1915. Lieut. Haughton was an able and enthusiastic officer and very popular with his brother-officers and men. He was a son of Mr. T.W. Haughton, J.P., Hillmount, Ballymena.
