Information: Second Lieutenant Claud Arthur Leonard Walker was killed in action on July 11, 1916. He joined the Public Schools' Corps in September, 1914, and shortly afterwards was nominated to a cadetship in the Royal Military College, Sandhurst. He received his commission in the 2nd Batt. Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers in May, 1915, and two months afterwards on July 12, left to join his battalion in France. He was 21 years of age, and was the second son of the Rev. Dr. Walker, Rector of St. Matthew's, Shankill, Belfast.
