Information: Second Lieutenant Geoffrey R. Bible, Royal Sussex Regiment, who was killed in action during the great offensive whilst gallantly leading his section forward, was the only surviving son of Mr. H. Bible, 50 Grosvenor Road, Dublin. Lieut. Bible was attached to the machine gun company of the Royal Sussex Regiment, and the gallant conduct of the machine gun corps earned a special tribute of admiration from the Brigadier-General.
