Information: Captain Randolph Noel Murray, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, the official report of whose death in a German field hospital, at the age of 21, has reached the War Office through the American Embassy, was the only son of Mr. George M. P. Murray, F.R.C.S.I., of Dublin. Educated at Monkstown Park School and Bromsgrove, he entered Trinity College, Dublin, in 1912, where he studied in the Medical School for two years. In September, 1914, he obtained his commission in the newly formed 7th Battalion of the Inniskillings, and was gazetted Lieutenant in November of the same year and Captain in last April. He was reported missing on April 27th.
