Information: Lieutenant Albert Edward Kinghan, Royal Irish Fusiliers, was killed in action in France on September 6th, 1916. He was the youngest of the three sons of the late Rev, D. Phan, Rector of Swinford, Co. Mayo, and Mrs. Kinghan, 15 Percy Place, Dublin. He was educated at St. Helen's School, Dublin. At the outbreak of the war he was in the service of the Canadian Bank of Commerce, Toronto, but at once volunteered for the Canadian contingent, with which he came to England and received a commission in the Royal Irish Fusiliers in December 1914, in which his two brothers are also serving.
