Information: Second Lieutenant James Watson, Royal Irish Rifles, who was killed in action, was a son of Mr. Alex. Watson, Tanderagee. He was in the Ulster Bank, Belfast, but on the outbreak of the war enlisted in the Royal Irish Rifles (North Belfast Volunteers), from which he received a commission in the Special Reserve of the Rifles in October, 1915, He had been at the front some months when he fell in action.
