Information: Second Lieutenant Cormac Wray, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, was the younger son of Mr. John F. Wray, L.L.B., Solicitor, Enniskillen. He was educated at St. Michael's Intermediate Schools, Enniskillen, and the National University of Ireland. He was a member of the Inns of Courts O.T.C., and on September 6th, 1915, was gazetted to the 5th Inniskillings. He went to France in April, 1916, and on July 15th, 1916, having returned safely from carrying out a very successful and important raid on the enemy's trenches, he went back and took a leading part in the defence of a crater and the dispersing of the enemy, but was struck by a bomb and killed.
