Information: Second Lieutenant John Coulson Hannon, 3rd (att. 4th) King's Liverpool Regiment, third son of Mr. John A. Hannon, Ardreigh House, Athy, killed in action in France, 18th Aug 1916. Lieutenant Hannon was educated at Corrig School and Clarinda Park School, Kingstown. He received his commission, April, 1915, and was at the front since last November. He was captain of the local hockey club and an all-round sportsman.
