Information: Captain Harvey Richard Lloyd, 6th Batt. Royal Irish Regiment, died on September 3rd, 1916, of wounds received in action at Guillemont, France. He was educated at Drogheda Grammar School, and was in Brazil at the outbreak of the war. He volunteered for active service and obtained a commission in the R.I. Regiment. Captain Lloyd's grand-uncle carried the colours of the Coldstream Guards at the Battle of Waterloo.
