Information: The Rev. John E. Hogan, of 24 Trinity College, Dublin, has been awarded by the Admiralty the “Silver War Badge”, for services rendered in the North Sea. Formerly British Chaplain in Lisbon, he joined the Royal Navy as Chaplain in September of 1900, and was invalided in the February of 1915, having served on various foreign stations and in several flagships, notably in the Flagship of the North American and West Indies Squadron.
