Information: Lieutenant James Kerr, Royal Irish Rifles, has been awarded the Parchment Certificate of the Irish Division by Major-General W. B. Hickie, C. B., for gallant conduct and devotion to duty on the field. Lieut. Kerr is the third son of Mr. Frank Kerr, Altafort, Myrtlefield Park, Belfast, and was educated at Clongowes College. He has been in France since the Irish Division went overseas, and has seen a good deal of fighting.
