Information: Second Lieutenant William George Richard Geoghegan, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, died on April 13th, 1917, from wounds received in action. He was the youngest son of Mr. W.P. Geoghegan, Rockfield, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, and was in his 20th year. He was educated at Monkstown Park Preparatory School, Co. Dublin, and Uppingham School, from which he matriculated for University College, Oxford, but before taking up residence he volunteered and was given a commission in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.
